Magazine. I recognize the cost of this service is for the itinerary only and not for any other part of the trip.
Neither me nor my family or traveling companions (travelers) will hold responsible or liable EcoFlorida Magazine or its parent company, this little publishing co., for any harm that comes as a result of the activities we choose to partake in. Travelers assume the entire risk as to the results and performance of any information obtained from EcoFlorida Magazine or this little publishing co. Travelers disclaim from EcoFlorida Magazine or this little publishing co. all liability for damages, costs and expenses and agree that there are no remedies for negligence, or under strict liability, or for breach of warranty or contract, including but not limited to indirect, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, even if notice is given of the possibility of such damages.
Travelers also recognize that EcoFlorida Magazine or this little publishing co. aren’t
responsible for variables such as the weather or other acts of nature; natural
areas, attractions or other public places that happen to close; whether wildlife
species are easily viewable; the actions or attitudes of recommended third
parties; or other events or occurrences that are beyond EcoFlorida Magazine’s
or this little publishing co.’s control, and travelers won’t hold either responsible
for such variables.
Travelers recognize that purchasing an EcoFlorida Nature Travel Itinerary entitles the party to 1 follow-up phone call, fax, letter or e-mail message pertaining to the personalized itinerary, and that if travelers have questions after that follow-up, the party may
be charged an extra fee not to exceed the cost of the itinerary itself.
